Our next rehearsal will be Saturday…..and we have a lot to do !!!!!!!

Saturday, Nov 28
9 am:   Set load in.
Henry can use all the help he can get !.... every available adult, teen, parent is asked to participate and help!   

If you cannot be there at 9 am, then please swing in to lend a hand whenever you can.  We have a lot of set pieces to carry in, build, paint – you name it.  Enlist your neighbors to help….we need an army to create the set and scenery for our production of White Christmas.

 We will be at it all day !!!!!! 

And yes, there will be a rehearsal in the midst of all of this….

Youth Ensemble (Broadway Baby group)  12 noon to 3 pm.
Adults and teens 12 noon to 5 pm. 

This is the last chance to pick apart the scenes and work the dance numbers.  Starting Monday – we run the show!!!

Monday, Nov 30:    Everyone is to report to Mt. Ararat at 5 pm.    This will be a full costume rehearsal.  Bring all your costume pieces, and start thinking of what your character needs for props and bring what have.  This will most likely be a loooong rehearsal, and it is anticipated to run late.  We will be running the entire show – no matter how long it takes.  Every attempt will be made to get the younger children out as soon as possible, but we do want you to know it may be late.

Tuesday, Dec 1:  Rehearsal starts again at 5 pm – this is anticipated to be another long rehearsal. 

Wednesday, Dec 2:  Final Rehearsal starts at 5 pm

Sunday, Dec 6:  Final show (matinee)  - Report to Mt. Ararat at 12 noon. (show 2pm)
If your last name begins with letters O-Z, please bring individually wrapped items for the concessions table (Christmas cookies, brownies, etc).
