Henry Eichman - Director In 2003 Henry sent out letters to every parent of a theater child that he knew, and some that he didn't, asking them to help start what we know today as Midcoast Youth Theater.  Henry could not be prouder of what has been  accomplished in the past nine years!  MYT has gone from producing one to five shows a year, from working with children ages 7-13 to working with children ages 5-65.  MYT has gone from homeless gypsies to a company with roots and real estate. MYT's 10th season holds promise to be one of the most exciting yet with five great Broadway shows, the addition of a new home, and the expansion of programming to include reviews, karaoke nights, and other special events. Everyone is invited to join us on this adventure into a new future for Midcoast Youth Theater in the new Midcoast Performing Arts Center.

Mike Millett - Horton the Elephant Mike is a self-employed handyman working in the greater Brunswick area with his lovely wife, Juli, and beautiful daughter, Elizabeth.  You will see Mike riding about with his pal Moses who goes nearly everywhere with him.  Mike is pleased to be a part of the first production in MYT's new home.  Mike has performed in several MYT past productions including Christmas Carol, Jesus Christ Superstar, and HMS Pinafore.  Mike has also served on the MYT board since its creation and has directed several of the teen shows and looks forward to directing Guys and Dolls which is coming this summer!   The cast of Seussical has worked hard to make the next 90 minutes or so a VERY pleasant experience for you.  So sit back.....relax....and enjoy!

Lilly Gardiner -  JoJo This is Lilly's 6th show with MYT and she is already suspecting that she will never forget this show as she worked so hard preparing for auditions by praying every night before auditions, practiced songs in her mom's car, wrote down lyrics of "Alone in the Universe" in class instead of doing homework (shhhh!).   Now that Lilly has the part of JoJo, she still can't believe it!  Is this for real, or is she still dreaming?  Lilly would like to thank Henry and Courtney for always "Believing in Me."   Lilly has been dancing since the age of two and would like to thank her mom (Linda Gardiner) for bringing her into MYT where she has met amazing people with huge hearts and talent.

Mirabella Driscoll -  Who Mirabella attends Harriet Beecher School and is a member of the school choir and sings in the Youth Choir at studio 48.  Mirabella enjoys reading, horseback riding, singing, dancing and acting.  She is especially fond of mystery books.  Mirabella's favorite pony to ride at Grand Marsh Farm is Scooty.  This Mirabella's debut musical performance with Midcoast Youth Theater.

Phoebe Mendes - Gertrude Phoebe is a dog groomer working out of Shear Balance Dog Spa in Yarmouth.   This is Phoebe's second show with MYT, she was re-bitten by the theater bug this spring after a 7-year theater-less existence :(  She'd like to thank Henry Eichman and all the wonderful members of MYT for encouraging her to pursue her passion for musical theater and giving her such a wonderful support network that can only be described as FAMILY.  Phoebe would like to encourage everyone who is interested to become part of the MYT family.  "These are without a doubt the best, kindest, and truest soles I have ever had the privilege to work and play with.  I drop my worries at the door and dance and sing till I can't stop smiling.  The members here are so diverse in age and background, it forces you to change your perspective.  At no point is anyone here not good enough or talented enough.  A person is a person no matter how small...or if they talk to specks of duet...or have one pitiful tail feather!"Hell
